Terms of use.
These terms govern your use of this website, operated by Kenza GmbH, Carl-Herz-Ufer 5, 10961 Berlin, Germany. By using the site you accept them. Our details are set out in the Imprint, and our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy policy.
01
The site
This website presents Kenza GmbH, the Kenza AI platform, and the research the platform rests on. It is informational. No contract for the supply of services is concluded through it, and no purchase, payment, or account registration takes place on it.
Requesting an introduction, subscribing to the newsletter, or opening the conversational interface is an enquiry rather than an order. Any engagement follows from a separate written agreement.
02
Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, all content of this site, including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, video, and the structure and design of the site itself, is the exclusive property of Kenza GmbH.
The site and its content may not be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, transmitted, or distributed in any way without the prior written consent of Kenza GmbH.
The Enterprise AI Classification Framework and the Innovation Adoption Model, the integrated model of technology acceptance and capability maturity, are the intellectual property of Kenza GmbH. The papers in which they are published are governed by the licence under which each was published, and links to them are provided on the Science pages. Publication does not transfer any right in either model, in their application, or in anything built on them.
Kenza and Kenza AI are marks of Kenza GmbH. Third-party names and marks appearing on this site belong to their respective owners and are used to describe work carried out, without any claim to those marks.
03
Using the site
You may read, print, and share this site for your own information and for the purposes of evaluating our services.
You may not use the site in a way that interferes with its operation, attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of it or to any connected system, extract its content by automated means for the purpose of reproducing or republishing it, or use it in breach of applicable law.
Access to the Kenza AI platform requires an account, which is issued to customers under a separate agreement. The login on this site leads to that platform.
04
The conversational interface
Where you use the conversational interface on this site, you are interacting with an artificial intelligence system. It answers from Kenza’s structured knowledge and hands over to a person where a request calls for one.
Its answers describe our platform, our research, and our services. They are provided for information and do not constitute advice, an offer, or a commitment. Where an answer matters to a decision you are making, confirm it with us.
05
Accuracy of content
We take care that the information on this site is accurate and current. Figures, descriptions of the platform, and references to regulation reflect the position at the time of publication and may change.
Nothing on this site constitutes legal, regulatory, or professional advice. Descriptions of regulation, standards, and validation are given to explain our work and are not a substitute for advice on your own obligations.
06
External links
This site links to third-party sites, including publishers of the research and our social media profiles. We have no influence over their content and accept no responsibility for it. Their own terms and privacy policies apply.
07
Liability
We are liable without limitation for damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence, for injury to life, body, or health, and where liability is mandatory under applicable law.
In cases of slight negligence we are liable only for breach of an essential contractual obligation, and then limited to the foreseeable damage typical of this kind of use.
Beyond this, liability is excluded.
08
Availability
We aim to keep the site available, and we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or free of error. We may change, suspend, or withdraw any part of it at any time.
09
Changes to these terms
We may amend these terms. The version published on this site at the time of your use applies.
10
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the Federal Republic of Germany. Where you are a merchant, a legal person under public law, or a special fund under public law, the place of jurisdiction is Berlin. Mandatory statutory provisions remain unaffected.
