About
The craft of transformation built to last.
Kenza’s team makes transformation real. Design, science and intelligence, held together. Delivered on transformation programmes for SAP, Hewlett Packard Enterprise, adidas, LKQ Europe, Mercedes-Benz, Rolls-Royce Motor Cars, and Hermès.
Work that gave global companies a presence to shape their market, turned scale into competitive advantage, and gave form to the future before it arrived. That craft rests on science.

The team.
More than a decade, creating together.
Dr. Nusi Borovac
Managing Director
Imagination builds businesses. Scientific rigour proves them. He holds both. The experiences Nike, Puma and adidas staged for the world were his to design, as were transformation programmes for Hewlett Packard Enterprise, SAP, Unilever and LKQ Europe. His doctoral research at the University of Granada became the peer-reviewed research the Kenza AI and Kenza OS platforms rest on. Intelligent systems for the era in which people and machines work as one.
Kenza is where imagination and rigour meet. Seen before it exists, proven before it is built.
Scott van Looy
Technology Director
With Kenza since its founding, and more than twenty years in software engineering. Before that, technical architect at AKQA, where he built the customer-facing platforms for Rolls-Royce Motor Cars, Hermès, Officine Panerai and Volkswagen. Work for houses of that kind leaves a conviction: the interface is what a customer feels, and the architecture and engineering are what make it perform. He builds both. Intelligence now runs through every architectural layer, and the standard is unchanged.
Beautiful on the first day, undiminished in the years that follow.
Florian Uihlein
Design Director
A brand is a promise. The experience is what makes it true. The next digital experience of Mercedes-Benz, Maybach, AMG, Audi and BMW was his to shape, work that has since carried into finance and public-sector projects. Twenty years designing to that standard, the last six with Kenza. Every surface held in one system, every detail refined until it felt effortless, right for what it was there to do. The system now carries that care into everything humans and machines make.
Considered, present, unmistakable. That clarity is designed.
Tim Jockel
Creative Director
Every world he makes is invented. The art is that it feels remembered, and close enough to step into. CGI for Mercedes-Benz, Nissan, Intel and LKQ Europe, and Poetry of Mindful Motion, the first ballet performed in three dimensions, a dancer rendered into a world made to move with him. With Kenza since day one, and now at the edge where generative models extend what a rendered world can be.
A machine will render anything it is asked for. Belief is still made by hand.
Philip Cappenberg
Knowledge Director
Search engines were the first machines to read the web. The discipline is the same, the reader has changed. Airbus, Siemens, Volkswagen, Zeiss, MAN and Unilever were his to make legible: structure, navigation, content, and the knowledge systems beneath. With Kenza for seven years, his work now is how machines read, ground and cite their answers, and the structure a company needs for them to answer accurately.
Everything an AI decides, predicts, writes or answers begins with what it reads. That ground has always been his.
The work speaks first.
Craft and science, in service of what you build next.
