Science, grounded in practice.
Behind the platforms is six years of independent, peer-reviewed research. It draws its questions from the problems enterprises face, and tests its findings with business leaders across twenty industries. Academic in its rigour, practical in its purpose.

The research questions, and the scientific gaps we closed.
Each step began with a question the field had left open, and ended by closing it.
- 2020Basic research
Managing an emerging technology
What makes an emerging technology safe enough to commit to? Risk and standards had been studied apart from the requirements of building on it. The work brought them together.
- 2022The model
How technology adoption happens
How do enterprises adopt it in a measured, managed way? Acceptance and maturity had been modelled apart. One model united them, proven with 125 business leaders across 20 industries.
- 2022–2025Experimental and empirical research
Proving it across technologies
Was the model bound to the technology it was built on? Until then it had been proven on a single technology. Experimental research across 1,300 participants in 20 industries showed it to be technology-agnostic.
- 2025–2026The framework
Classifying enterprise AI
How should enterprise AI be classified to deploy, govern, and value it? Existing frameworks treated what it is, how far it acts, and its work as separate questions. The framework joined them.
- 2026Validation
Holding with the people who use it
Does the framework hold, and prove its ROI, with the practitioners who rely on it? A new empirical study of 250 business leaders across 20 industries is in preparation.
One programme, two platforms.
The science came first. The research closed the gaps the field had left open, and two platforms now stand on what it proved.
The AI portfolio management platform for regulated industries.
Analyse, classify, design, and deploy every AI you run, on the framework that reads each system by its AI type and autonomy level.
The operating system for enterprise transformation.
Transformation intelligence, built on the integrated model of technology acceptance and capability maturity. Launching Q4 2026.
Method, on the record.
The programme holds to the standards of science, and the record bears it out.

Three peer-reviewed journals over six years. Computer Standards & Interfaces, published by Elsevier, and Information and Sustainability, both published by MDPI.
The science stands on its own.
The programme keeps asking the questions enterprises face, and what it answers, it builds.
