Kenza is looking for a Senior Experience Strategist to help plan services, products and experiences that are beautiful, intuitive and meaningful. You will participate in the end-to-end process of identifying, planning, designing and optimizing next-generation customer experiences. Based on the key focus of optimizing the customer effort score and driving business growth, you will participate in translating business strategy and data insights into impactful experience ecosystems, audience empathy and customer journey maps, lead-flows and experience measurement frameworks. We trust you are experienced in applying contemporary experience planning software and you can demonstrate the integration of business, data insights and creative practices. You possess solution-oriented interpersonal skills and have a native curiosity to learn from other disciplines.

Your qualifications and expertise
Master’s degree or PhD in business science, design and communications
5+ years of experience in international service, product and experience planning
Excellent understanding of how to translate business challenges into customer experiences
Ability to inspire teams and customers with progressive thinking and action
Excellent understanding of service innovation and experience planning tools (various canvases, smaply, etc.)
Strong dedication to detail, precision with analytical capabilities
Excellent written and verbal capabilities in the English language
Experience and readiness to work in agile environments
Ability to think, see and apply the values of diversity and openness
