Kenza is looking for Senior Delivery Manager to facilitate the delivery of transformation projects across different industries. You have a strong background in international business, experience design and technology projects combined with a talent for creating a positive working atmosphere. You will be responsible for ensuring that assignments are completed against objectives. We trust you are experienced in agile project delivery, possess strong solution-oriented interpersonal skills and have a native curiosity to learn from other disciplines.

Your qualifications and expertise
Master’s degree in business science, computer science, marketing or communications
4+ years’ experience in the areas of business transformation, marketing transformation, organization design and experience design projects
Ability to inspire and support internal teams and customers to meet project objectives
Excellent understanding and practice of agile delivery methodologies
Dedication to detail, precision and analytical capabilities
Excellent written and verbal capabilities in English
Ability to think, see and apply the values of diversity and openness
Strong goal- and solution-driven capabilities
