Kenza is looking for a Director Experience Design to lead the end-to-end process of creating digital services, products and experiences that are beautiful, intuitive and meaningful. You will be responsible for orchestrating and overseeing a multidisciplinary design team across various accounts. Based on the key focus of optimizing the customer effort score and stakeholder value, you will be responsible for translating business strategy into valuable interactions and customer experiences. We trust you are very experienced in leading the design of complex interactive systems. Your qualification and expertise
Master’s degree in design and communications
10+ years of industry experience, 5+ years of experience in leading complex, international design projects
Compelling, aspirational portfolio of unique service, product and communication design work
Ability to inspire and lead teams and customers with progressive thinking and action
Excellent understanding of advanced design processes and techniques
Strong dedication to detail, precision with analytical capabilities
Excellent written and verbal capabilities in the English language
Experience and readiness to work in agile environments
Ability to think, see and apply the values of diversity and openness
